This home visit will be 1hr | $200

These sessions will be conducted at your home at the age that your child needs a developmental assessment as specified in your Child’s Personal Health Record (their Purple Book that you received from the hospital at the birth of your baby). These developmental assessments are conducted at 8 weeks, 4 months, 12 months and 24months of age. The assessment will be documented in your Child’s Purple Book so that you have a concise record of their growth and development. Referral to your GP or Allied Health will be done if there are any concerns. Maternal mental health will also be discussed at this visit.
